Rancho Bosque's foundation Lipizzan stallion is "Romeo" (aka Pluto Gisella II). He's sired by the famous Lipizzan stud Pluto III Fantasca (out of Tempel Farms) and one of the leading mares in North America, Gisella (out of Carousel Farms).

Romeo's full-blooded older brother 'Hank" (Pluto Gisella I), the first stallion out the famous Pluto III Fantasca and Gisella cross, went on to become the top-ranked stallion in North America, winning scores of 87.% in 1999, 90% in 2001, and an incredible 93.5% in 2003.

Romeo is following in his older brother's footsteps and passes on not only the classic Lipizzan conformation of his dam and sire but an incredible, sweet, tractable disposition.

Romeo combines elegant grace, athleticism, and keen intelligence on the ground and under saddle. Romeo can do it all, from dressage to trail-riding, to roping and working cattle. He's always "hungry" to learn more and has logged over five-hundred hours of training to date.
