The 8th Annual Gathering on Equine-Assisted Learning and Equine-Assisted Mental Health Best Practices May 16-19, 2011
Dr. Allan Hamilton and Dr. Jane Hamilton will be the keynote speakers of The Gathering. The Gathering is dedicated to bringing committed professionals together to explore, discover, and develop their best practices in the fields of Equine-Assisted Learning and Equine-Assisted Mental Health. Speakers and presenters will gather from near and far to provide a platform for sharing experiential, theoretical, and foundational knowledge and experiences in their fields of expertise. The Gathering will be held at Chauncey Ranch in mayer Arizona, a 5000-acre YMCA camp and retreat facility located on the Agua Fria River
The topic of the Hamilton’s presentation will be: “Right Brain, Right Horse” – Exploring the scientific, psychological, and spiritual lessons behind the unique connections among horses and humans; how we can learn from these lessons to help transform lives. |
